Why these three belong together
Beginning is one part. Staying with it matters, too.
You can know what matters and still avoid starting. You can begin, then lose your place to interruptions. Or find yourself opening your phone before you have decided what to do next.
This collection gives each situation its own space, with a different challenge for each. Choose where to begin and work through it at your own pace.
Inside the collection

Beat Procrastination is available now. The other two challenges are in development. Collection and pair checkout will open when the included products are ready.
It is three separate 22-day challenges. You choose when to begin each one. We suggest working through one challenge at a time, then carrying forward the practices that helped.
Why are there three different challenges?
Avoiding the start of a task, losing focus after you begin, and picking up your phone automatically are related situations, but they are not identical. Each challenge has its own purpose, examples, and daily practice.
How do the prices work?
The planned prices are USD 22 for one challenge, USD 33 for any two, and USD 44 for all three. Three separate individual purchases would total USD 66, so the complete collection saves USD 22. These are one-time prices, not a subscription.
Can I choose which two challenges I want?
Yes. The two-challenge option is designed to let you choose any two from this collection for USD 33. You can try the selector above. Pair and collection purchases will open when the included products are ready.
Which challenge should I start with?
Start with procrastination if beginning or returning is the hardest part. Start with focus if staying with an activity is your main difficulty, or phone use if automatic checking keeps pulling you away. There is no required order.
Will I need to do three missions every day?
No. The collection is designed to give you options and a suggested path, rather than triple your daily workload. Each guide has its own daily reading and mission. Choose one to begin with and move to another when you are ready.
Are the workbook and bonuses counted three times?
No. The collection brings together three distinct challenge guides, one reusable Companion Workbook, and the five bonus resources included with Beat Procrastination. Shared resources are identified as shared.
Can I buy the complete collection now?
Not yet. Beat Procrastination is available now for USD 22. Protect Your Focus and Use Your Phone Intentionally are in development. This page previews the collection and its planned pricing; no payment is collected for unfinished challenges or bundles.
